ePals: This site allows you set up email accounts, create a blog and work collaboratively with students and other educators online.
LibraryThing: Create a searchable catalog of your classroom books. Sounds hard, but it is REALLY easy. Your students can "tag" books and create lists of their own. Very fun for bibliophiles!
